Problems
“Facility to connect yourself with all the suppliers, merchants / professional service providers. Also suppliers can post Ads for their products.”
Kambatao App’s team basically wanted to digitize the whole trading system. Following are the issues which hadn’t been addressed in existing application.
- Customers were not able to query for any electric or plumbing parts.
- Service providers, Suppliers and Merchants were not able to connect with each other.
- Merchants didn’t have any platform to publish their Ads / deals.
Kambatao’s team wanted to develop the following features in their existing application.
- In app customer can search nearest handyman
- Service provider, Merchants and Suppliers can also connect each other
- Merchant can add Ads of their products so user can get latest offer or deals
- A web portal for Admin to add metadata and update others information
Solutions
Allied Consultant built an application using react native expo framework which is linked to the database through ASP.NET webApi. Google maps API was used for searching and getting nearest handyman and Merchants.
This application gave the facility to connect Customers, Service providers, Merchants and Suppliers with each other. It also facilitates Merchants to create and publish ads with offers and deals that can only be visible to customers and others merchants.
A web portal was built in Asp.net MVC framework and SQL server for administration where they would have full visibility of customers through well designed dashboard and they would generate reports any time.
