Problems
SAIB was not able to generate good profits and investments for their customers.
They wanted to attract investments and to do so, they introduced a new policy and gave customers benefits of transacting through them.
Solutions
The main course line of this project was “the more you do transactions the more you get rewarded”
We created the app whose main purpose was to enhance the profit of the company.
The app worked in 3 manners
Solutions
- Firstly it showed the transactions, it records all of your transactions which you do
- Secondly there was an administrative panel, which defined your points system. For example, if you do transaction above a specific amount then you win specific points etc. In the customer panel, the customer can also check how many points he has to gain to earn a specified reward.
- Third and the main thing was that customers can also see his points and the rewards as well. For example, if the customer has earned 5 points, he can also see that at point 6 he will get this specific gift.
By creating such type of app the company wanted to enhance the profit. The customer redeemed the points. When the customer redeems points they get a choice of cash or gift.
