Project Overview

The client has developed a unique Customer Experience Automation platform that employs Artificial Intelligence to automate customer journeys. Unlike other platforms, their solution combines Conversational Automation and Knowledge Work Automation to create a No-Code, Cloud-native SaaS platform that can streamline and transform every step of the enterprise customer experience, from small interactions to complete customer journeys.



The client partnered with Allied Consultants to address these challenges. We provided a customized solution that involved the following: 

Agile methodology implementation: The team implemented Agile methodology, which helped them in better sprint planning and management and resulted in the timely delivery of projects. 

Azure DevOps for bug tracking: We leveraged the bug tracking feature of Azure DevOps to identify and track bugs easily, assign them to team members, and track progress towards resolution. 

Smoke and Regression suite for test coverage: We implemented a comprehensive testing process that included both smoke and regression testing, ensuring that the entire application system was thoroughly tested and any issues identified and resolved before deployment. 

Release note apprises the client of the system’s current state: The team implemented a release note process to apprise the client of the current state of the system, including any bug fixes, new features, or enhancements. 

Integration with RMA: Our team integrated the RMA process with the application system, resulting in seamless processing and reduced manual interventions. 

User experience optimization: We identified the pain points and challenges faced by end-users and optimized the user experience, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
