Most technology-related people already know what cloud computing is and where and when we can use it because of its ample usage and the rapidly growing market. Forbes says “Cloud computing spending is growing at 4.5 times the rate of IT spending since 2009 and is expected to grow at better than 6 times the rate of IT spending from 2015 through 2020”.

As a consultant, we advise our customers to move to cloud computing based on its great advantages. For that purpose, we provide them with some facts and advantages of cloud computing so they make their decision. In this article, I am moving forward with the benefits and some pros of Cloud computing.

Cloud services contain many services that can provide technology capabilities as a utility. This model is very useful because it provides some major benefits. Like

1. Ease of use

You just consume technology services to perform any action. This is easy to use and to keep using because you no longer have to buy or maintain physical hardware.

2. Scalability

Companies can easily scale up and scale down depending on requirements or system needs. There is no need to buy multiple hardware, hence reducing large investments in local setup.

3. Pay per use

As we discussed, you consume technology services from the cloud. You just pay for the services that you use but it is still the user’s responsibility to keep make sure resources shouldn’t be consumed when it’s not needed.

4. Migration

User can move workload from or to another Cloud platform as required or on the basis of financial expect.
