Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS)

You can get infrastructure from the cloud as a service. Azure offers a lot of services in this category, like a virtual machine that runs in the cloud, different types of storage, speed, operating systems, and networking. You can quickly scale up or scale down with demand and pay only for what you use. You can also achieve multiple benefits from these services like security, stability, reliability and disaster recovery, etc.

Platform-as-a-service (PaaS)

These are the services that provide the basis for application development and integration. As in platform-as-a-Service, there is no need to manage any virtual machines or servers. Developers can quickly start web development or mobile development without worrying about storage, setup, etc. Another example is SQL Azure, which is a SQL server database as a service.

Software-as-a-service (SaaS)

These are the services that you just consumed from the cloud without the need to manage anything. Office 365, which offers things like email and Skype for Business, is a perfect example of a SaaS offering.
